I specialise in commercial litigation and insolvency, assiting businesses in dealing with disputes with suppliers and customers, general debt recovery based litigation and, more specifically, insolvency litigation and advice. I act for both liquidators trustees in bringing actions for the benefit of creditors and for individuals, companies and their directors who are subject to such actions brought against them by isolvency practitioners.
My department is listed as a Tier 1 debt recovery litigation team in Legal500 for the South East region. We provide services ranging from bulk telephone debt collection to niche and bespoke litigation services to clients such as local authorities, large financial institutions, utility companies and SMEs.
We provide tailored pricing structures to ensure that our clients receive a cost effective, efficient and economic service specific to their own unique needs. This includes the firm taking a shared risk approach to our services by working on commission bases for bulk activities and providing conditional fee arrangements for more complex, litigation matters.
