On November 7th 2018, Kununu published a blog about the 16 most common reasons why people quit their jobs. I've only just seen it otherwise I would have commented sooner.
The fascinating thing about the 16 reasons is that 9 of them are related to the way people are treated by their colleagues, line managers or leadership.
In other words it's all about people who DON'T:
- Use the Golden Rule when getting to know people.
- Use the Platinum Rule to develop relations with others.
- Use the right attitude when working alongside others.
- Use their emotional intelligence effectively.
